Introduction             

This Guide will help you make the most of your experience on HagemeyerNA.com. Here are the different ways to search for answers:

Contents Pane: (see pane at left) Arranges the help topics in 'books': Getting Started, Product Search, Order Tools and Additional Features. Click on the book icon to the left of its name, then click on any topic contained within.

Index: Provides a list of keywords that drive to topics. Typing in keywords will update the list to possible matches.

Search: Type words into the search field and click the Go button, and any topics that contain relevant matches will be shown in the list below.

Context Sensitive Help: Clicking the Help link at the top of most pages will take you to the most relevant help topic for that page. For example, when you click the Help link from the Cart view, it will take you to the Cart Help Topic.
