Hagemeyer has developed a number of customer service programs to ensure we meet our customers’ expectations:
Technical and Product Support
Together with our preferred suppliers we provide specialist advice on the selection and use of products, information on new and improved products and the development and maintenance of the products you purchase. We also provide product training and organize safety seminars at your facilities.
Key Performance Indicators
KPIs ensure Hagemeyer meets its targets and customer expectations. KPIs are specific to each contract but are standardized across all of your sites. We collect data on sales, service, finance and cost-savings and review it together with the customer at quarterly review meetings.
Value Plus Program® (VPP)
The VPP is unique to Hagemeyer and is standard for Integrated Supply contracts. It helps develop and track cost savings for customers. Monthly management reports summarize savings in the following categories:
- Price reduction
- Inventory reduction
- Transport savings
- Labor savings
- Energy savings
- Cost avoidance
