Billing Address for Hagemeyer North America Shipments
The Hagemeyer North America PO number must be included on all shipping documents, in the PO field on Bills of Lading, and in reference field # 2 when using UPS shipping systems.
Routing Instructions When HNA Is Paying For Freight
For shipments weighing up to 150 lbs pounds, ship via FedEx Ground COLLECT to Hagemeyer North America facilities and FedEx Ground Bill Third Party for drop ships. The 3rd Party Billing number will be printed on the Purchase Order. If the Purchase Order instructions print with UPS as the carrier, please ship and charge to the account number provided.
