Carrier Letter Hagemeyer Billing Guide Supplier Route Guide Tutorial

A valid Hagemeyer PO number is required on all shipping documents. Use the PO reference field for FedEx parcel shipments and on LTL Bills Of Lading. Use reference field #2 for UPS parcel shipments. 

 

Routing Instructions When HNA Is Paying For Freight:
For shipments weighing up to 150 pounds, ship via FedEx Ground Collect to Hagemeyer North America facilities and FedEx Ground Bill Third Party for drop ships.  The account number will be printed on the Purchase Order. If the Purchase Order instructions print with UPS as the carrier, please ship and charge to the account number provided.

For shipments over 150 pounds, go to Route Guide and ENTER the HNA Purchase Order number for validation.  A valid PO# will give you access to the Route Guide and Bill of Lading Generator.

Be Advised:
Less Than Truckload rates will not apply to shipments that occupy more than 12 Linear Feet or where density is less than 6 lbs/per cubic foot. Call Support Services at 855-SHIP-HNA  (855-744-7462) for any shipment with a weight that is greater than 7,500 lbs and/or is over 12 linear feet.
