Hagemeyer North America (HNA) is headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina. Hagemeyer USA, led by President Lisa Mitchell, has 2,500+ employees at locations across the nation. 

In January 2001, Hagemeyer announced the integration of its three primary U.S. operating entities (Cameron & Barkley Company, Tristate Electrical & Electronics, and Vallen Corporation) into a single operating company named Hagemeyer North America. 

In March 2008, Sonepar acquired Hagemeyer North America operations in USA, Canada, and Mexico*. In October 2009, Hagemeyer USA became a subsidiary of Sonepar USA.
