Q: I need a quote for an item. How do I get one?

A: There are two ways to get a quote. If your web account is configured to allow sending and receiving quotes, you can use the Non Catalog Items tool under Order / Order Tools menu selection to enter a request for quote.

The other way you can get a quote is to call one of these numbers:

Q: I need product information (like a MSDS sheet), or company information (like  I-9s or exemption certificates). How do I get that?

Q: I try to login but can't get in. Now what do I do?

A: If after trying to login you see the message 'Username and / or password does not exist with customer name', first check to see if your Caps Lock is on. The password field is case-sensitive, so it may not recognize your password if you are entering it in all capital letters. If that isn't the problem, you might be entering the wrong password or have forgotten it. In either case, you can reset it by following the instructions in the Forgot Password topic in the Help section.

Also, if when logging in you see the message 'Customer does not exist', check to make sure you are using the right username. If you are also prompted to put in a customer name, make sure that the one showing or being entered is the one that was provided to you.

If you're still having problems, or see the message 'Maximum number of incorrect logins has been exceeded,' please contact us for more assistance.

Q: How do I reach someone at your company?

A: Please call 877-462-7070 to be given several options to choose from, including a dial-by-name directory.

Prospective Suppliers: If you are interested in having your goods or services reviewed by our product strategy team, please be sure to select 'Prospective Supplier' as the Inquiry Type when you fill out the Contact Us form.

Q: How do I get a copy of a receipt or an invoice?

A: Invoices are available through the Order History view, located under the Order menu. Please review the Order History topic in the Help section for more details.

You can request catalogs by filling out the Catalog Order Form on the site.
